NVQ in Team Leading - Level 2

Team Leading Level 2 is suitable for candidates involved in the application of knowledge and skills in significant range of varied work activities. It is suitable for people who are entering management, or who have the ability and the opportunity to demonstrate recognisable 'management' skills, for example, organising and communicating information, working with others, or leading teams.
This Level 2 qualification provides you with a stepping stone into management Levels 3 and 4. This qualification is aimed at employees who are team leaders rather than managers.
To be eligible you must:
- Be employed either full-time or part-time in a managerial or supervisory capacity
- Be committed to developing a career in management.
NVQ Standards
To achieve the full Level 2 NVQ in Team Leading, candidate must complete a total of six units, including 4 mandatory units and 2 optional units (from a choice of 5).
